Wood furniture should be polished with lemon oil at least once every year. Take a small amount of lemon oil on a soft nonabrasive cloth and apply on the surface of your wood furniture, rubbing gently. You can use a combination of lemon oil and an all purpose cleaner for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces such as painted or plastic-laminated surfaces, fiberglass showers stalls, and glass shower doors. Spray a small amount of lemon oil on the surface before you spray it with the all purpose cleaner. The oil penetrates deep and helps in loosening the dirt. You will find it easier to clean the surface with the cleaning solution after treating it with lemon oil.
General Cleaning: Simply add one part of vinegar to two parts of food grade linseed oil. Mix them together and apply the mixture to the leather surface with the help of a soft cloth. Apply the mixture in a circular motion and leave it on the surface for 10 minutes. Buff the applied mixture with the help of a soft cloth and your job is done.
Kids' Room: Children also need a personal desk to keep their belongings. So, a desk can be designed in the corner to place their computers, play stations, sport items, game accessories, books, musical instruments, toys, etc. The room can also have a bookshelf placed above the desk to keep their books and study material. The desks should be bright and colorful with an attractive shape to give the kids' room a cheerful look.
White stains can be rings, vague circles or cloud-like large spots or stains. They can be raised or flat and appear as if a film or layer has been painted onto the surface of the wood. Such stains should not be confused with watermarks, which are transparent and slightly raised. White spots or stains are caused by keeping hot vessels or objects on the furniture's surface. Wait a minute, isn't that what furniture is for? Keeping things on? Yes but treated and polished wood and various types of furniture finishes, are delicate and very sensitive to heat.
