It's like ESL, here, excepting not needing a degree - just fluency in English. And from what I've read, they positions often are offered for six or nine month contracts, only 12 hours of work a week, come with loaded vacation and other benefits and pay...well...enough to afford to not have to freelance. And often, contracts are renewed, if the assistant is ammenable to it.<br><br>So, I'll be doing more research about those, for sure.<br><br>As for the bangs, I'll totally have to blow-dry them - I have a cowlick on each side of my forehead (Z inherited them, too), and my hair's texture would mean that without it, from wet they'd dry frizzy.
