I love movies too, but when I can't sleep I turn the Tivo to European soccer: Italian Serie A, English Premiere, Spanish La Ligua, German Bundesliga. I'll finish a game at midnight and start another – Doh!

I do some streaming, but I find that even more annoying, since I can't simply skip between the chapters like on a DVD. But I won't download anything, ever, since I have the memory of an alzheimer's-inflicted laptop.

So. Maybe between the two of us, we have to start planning movies to watch. I'll take the first quarter, you the next and then the next day, we do it again for the last half of it. It'll take two days and two people with a country between them, but we'll get em watched!

ah… this is why i don't pay for movies.
i download and then watch at my leisure…
so if it takes me 10 tries to get through it, there's no guilt or financial strain involved.

Movies, especially ones I've paid for, ones I've been looking forward to watching, will knock me out every time. I make it maybe 1/2 way through, or until the action really starts and zonk. I'm gone. Any other night, I'm up til 2am with no sleep in sight.
