Can I just say Wow?
Because the number of people supporting the charity of December, To Write Love on Her Arms – people who slapped one of my ugly buttons on their sidebar, mentioned the originating post on a daily basis, used sarcastic wiles to tempt visitors and those who dropped some of their very own cash – astounded me. And it was truly great to see everyone (sometimes time and time again) get on board.
As far as I’ve been made aware, between private donations and ad revenue, we combine together to raise $203.83. Not a lot, sure. But something. You were part of something.
In a means to grab some extra support – because I know you all wanted to help, but sometimes I like a little extra oomph – there was a contest. The contest allowed for the person with the most page view referrals from their blog to win one of three prizes. Here’s the top five:
