When we moved, I placed the order to transfer my phone/internet service. We were told it would take 3-5 business days to get someone out there. By the 6th business day, I still had nothing. I called the company and they were all “oooops! We never received the order to transfer service! It will be 3-5 business days.” They showed up about .345 seconds before I was set to explode from internet withdrawals.
