Oy. Last night she woke up at least eight times. I lost count after 5am. The first time was at 9:30 and she was akickin and afussin until 11. The method to get her to go back to temporary dreamland? Singing ‘Old McDonald.’ I kept running out of animals.
Now, it’s almost four in the afternoon and she’s finally succumbed to a nap, meaning she’ll be up late tonight and I will be falling down tired. Sigh. Can not wait till this first trimester exhaustion ends.

Is that a baby bump already… day-um girl! How are you holding up? I worry about you, but in a good, older sister sorta way.
I used to sing the ABCs for my girl (first born)to get her to bed, the only problem was that in pre-school she would fall asleep every time they worked on their letters.

from a fashion point of view this is an awesome time to get preggers, they have so many adorable jumpers and loose flowing dresses for summer that you will be able to be so comfortable and hella hot! my roommates and i were just talking how great it would be to be pregnant in those dresses. you ‘picked’ a great time hehe.
