Hey, Genius Zoeyjane, here again!
So, here’s another ailment - severe scalp irritation and dryness. Super duper crazy dandruff. Snow the size of Texas. Get m’point? Happened when I bleached my hair, sort of. That’s when I noticed it. Maybe cuz my hair was see through.
I really am leaning towards a psoriasis theory, but figured I should knock plain old ordinary dungeons and dragons dandruff and product build up out of the park, first. What might I use to do so? Tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner. It’s so clarifying and antibacterial, after all.
Unfortunately, about an hour after double lathering and massaging my scalp i remembered, I always had a skin problem after tea tree oil.
Now, I stink and I’m just as, if not more so itchy than before. Parts of my scalp are irritated and pinky-red and did I mention that I stink?
Yes, I totally, stink.

well…i heard tea tree oil wards off lice so…at least that’s a benefit!!
y’know what’s funny? i’m gonna tell ya…after i got my hair dyed, 1 1/2 weeks ago…i have itchy scalp…so bad…huge flakes sitting on my shoulder. i wont wear black until the little situation is remedied. you…you probably shouldn’t either…that’s just my little advice!

man, I feel like I haven’t been here in awhile…damn work! anyway, what about neutrogena t-gel shampoo? Does that have tea tree oil in it (maybe that’s what the “T” stands for?). Dryness and flakiness has never been my problem because my hair is always a greasy mess, but T-gel is what the pediatrician told us to use on Brooklyn’s flakey scalp. It does stink though…like an old man…but if it works that’s ok, right?
