Today’s issue of creative cooking is brought to you by Rizabeth, who mentioned making this yummy banana-zuccinni-carrot loaf and then was so nice as to share the recipe. And me, I go and I molest it, her recipe. I make it do dirty things it’s not supposed to do and I make it look like it’s enjoying it. I didn’t film it this time, though. But holy mother of all that’s good and gravy, I am a wizard in the bedroom kitchen!
So, I frappe-d a superduper overripe banana, and put it in a big-ass mixing bowl. Then, I added one smallish grated zuccinni and two medium grated carrots, a single serving of unsweetened applesauce, a quarter cup of canola oil, half a teaspoon of vanilla and about half a cup of cottage cheese.
Turned that all together and then mixed in about three quarters of a cup of sugar and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. When that was all orgy-licious, there came about 525mLs of medium bread cubes. And that got all soaked in with the orgy fluids.
THEN, I took the risky route and threw the party into a greasy crackpot for three and a half hours.
The orgy was in my mouth and much as I’m used to, it came and went too quickly.
Improve upon it, and I’ll make you caesars while you cook it for me.
