hey, i added a quote of the day*

z decided, herself today, that she wants to use the potty. seriously, no pressure from me – it just lives in the living room, beside her high chair. she sat on it while we were watching a movie like it was a regular old chair and tried to take off her diaper. then like, strained all weird yoga-pose-like but was unsuccessful. oh well, 16 months is a pretty good head start – she can totally set the pace.

i am thinking that i cannot stand the worry of being without z (rather her being without me) on my bday party night and as such, will be responsible in my partying and return home, to send fh’s mom home in a taxi. i also have no where to stay if she stays here all night to watch z. what’s added to this is that you need a credit card for like, everywhere and that my neighbours down the hall are having an exmas party on the same night. the night that was to be my first time leaving her with someone all night. the night i was going to get blasted and not remember. THAT NIGHT, two doors away. they suggested i drug her or give her rum. seriously, who does that, when it’s not to fly? :P

i am also thinking of shaving my legs, so watch out world!

* it’s inane bullshit that’s been tossed my way over the years. sweet, wonderful saved msn conversations.

Quote of the day:

“i have NEVER felt in any blogging competition with you TRUST ME. NEVER. you can go on believing im envious or what have you but those are your feelings to deal with not mine. if i wasnt supporitive enough WHY can’t it just be that iw asnt supportive enough why do you have to tag it with envy and jealousy and a bunch of totally untrue bullshit and this is the second time you’ve written mean things about me on your blog. i don’t understand why when it comes to someone you are supposed to be so close to you do that. THAT HURTS.
“i am suppotive of everything you do and care about it etc…just like you’d say to me just because it isn’t in the way YOU want it doesn’t make it wrong!” ~ June 22, 2007

  • I've been waiting forever for my younger son to decide to potty train, but that hasn't happened.
