everyone that left comments and texted and called long distance and sent air-ingrained hugs has led me to the hallmark moment of all moments. you are all fabulous (and i don’t just mean that in the gayest sense of the word. what’s that? YES i did use GAY as a euphamism.) it’s meant a lot to me to know that people think, know, etc. that i can do this. and even for the people who’ve just kinda left me alone – it said that you weren’t worried about me and that speaks volumes, too.
Anyways, onto some other business, sort of. Jack asked me if I could have one thing, anything, what would it be? And then he told me to chase it.
My thing, which I’ve been half-assedly and frustratingly working on is a website that will provide a substantial (meaning enough, not a lot) income to support me and zoë. if it’s more popular or lucrative, then GREAT, because it means i could look to life outside of the minimums, offer dr daddy some more options with his issues, etc. maybe even afford to go back to school once zoë starts preschool in three years. just to, you know, finish it. not even necessarily to DO anything with it.
So, my new goal is to find my rhythm in this single parent musical, find ways to live within our means so that stress is not an unmotivating factor, finish up my current projects in reference to the other work i do from home and then GET TO IT.
i’ll let you all know when it’s amiss.
and now, this is me fooling around. being statuesque, raymi and too thin for my own good (but still happier than i’ve been in a while with my physique).
