ever since my tummy got big and round, jade has been cuddling on it. i don’t think she realizes that I’M the incubator, not her, but what can i do?
the other day shopping for a friend’s birthday present, i saw this robe and it was on sale, so i treated MYSELF. turns out, i’ve just made the tummy more comfortable for jade.
in case it’s not abundantly clear, jade is also a book worm. when i read and she cuddles the baby, she’s also loving the book – rubbing her head on the edges and i think absorbing the storyline via osmosis. or she could just be marking it as her territory, like everything else we own.
